1. SaaS & Digital Delivery Protocol

All products and services offered on myRxSetu (owned and operated by GlobalHope Biotech OPC Private Limited) are entirely virtual and digital:

• Instant Provisioning: Once your checkout transaction is authenticated by our payment gateway, access to your cloud dashboard, inventory tracking, and POS controls is provisioned instantly.
• Access Method: Subscribers do not receive any physical boxes, disks, or parcel deliveries. Access is granted online by logging into your account domain at https://pos.myrxsetu.com using your authenticated email.

2. Setu Wallet Credits Delivery SLA

Prepaid credits loaded to your closed-loop Setu Wallet for metered services (such as OCR and SMS fallbacks) are delivered digitally:

• SLA for Credits: Top-up credits are updated in your database dashboard balance within 5 to 15 minutes of successful payment clearance.
• Payment Delays: In the event of network routing latency from the banking gateway, credit updates may take up to 2 hours. If your balance does not update within this window, please reach out to our billing desk.

To maintain ecosystem compliance with Indian pharmaceutical laws, the following check is mandatory:

Because there is no physical inventory or shipping involved:

• No physical shipping, packaging, handling, or logistics fees are billed.
• Subscribers are not liable for any customs duties, regional courier surcharges, or interstate transportation taxes. All tax charges are strictly comprised of SaaS subscription charges and standard GST (18%).
